• Contain hate speech, harassment, or adult content
• Redirect to shock sites or illegal downloads

2. No Guarantee of Availability

SShort.ly is provided "as-is". While we aim for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee:

• 100% availability
• That links will never break
• Speed or performance

3. Ownership

You retain full ownership of your original URLs. We do not claim any rights over them.

4. Limitation of Liability

SShort.ly and Shadow Innovations are not responsible for:

• Content you shorten
• Damage caused by malicious links
• Lost traffic or revenue

5. API Usage

Our API is free for personal and commercial use. Do not abuse it (e.g., DDoS, spam).

Excessive usage may result in temporary blocking.

6. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
